Privacy Policy
KyoYaru（以下「本アプリ」）は、個人開発者 mizumotter（以下「開発者」）が提供する Android アプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いを説明します。
本アプリに登録した予定・チェックリスト・メモ・背景に設定した写真は、 お使いの端末の中だけに保存されます。開発者はこれらを収集せず、 閲覧することもできません。本アプリにアカウント登録の仕組みはなく、 開発者が運用するサーバーも存在しません。
本アプリは Android 標準の「アプリの自動バックアップ」に対応しています。 端末の設定でバックアップが有効な場合、上記のデータはあなた自身の Google アカウントの Google ドライブに保存され、機種変更時に復元できます。
このバックアップは Google がお客様のアカウントに紐づけて管理するもので、 端末のロック画面認証で保護され、開発者はアクセスできません。 不要な場合は端末の「設定 > システム > バックアップ」から無効にできます。
本アプリをアンインストールすると、端末内のデータは削除されます。 Google ドライブ上のバックアップの取り扱いについては Google のポリシーに従います。
本アプリは無料で提供するため、Google の広告配信サービス Google AdMob を利用してバナー広告を表示します。 AdMob は広告の配信・効果測定・不正防止のために、以下の情報を収集し Google と共有します。

詳細は Google のポリシーと規約 をご確認ください。広告 ID のリセットやパーソナライズ広告の無効化は、 端末の「設定 > プライバシー > 広告」から行えます。
該当地域では、初回起動時に Google の User Messaging Platform による同意フォームを表示します。 同意内容はいつでもアプリ内から変更できます。
本アプリには「広告を非表示にする」買い切りのアプリ内購入があります。 購入処理には Google Play の課金システムと RevenueCat を利用します。
購入した場合、購入の状態を管理するために購入情報および端末の識別子が RevenueCat に送信されます。氏名・メールアドレス・住所・ クレジットカード番号などの決済情報が開発者や RevenueCat に渡ることはありません。 決済はすべて Google Play が処理します。

背景写真は Android の写真ピッカーで選択します。あなたが選んだ 1 枚のみが 本アプリに渡され、写真ライブラリ全体へのアクセス権限は要求しません。
本アプリは子ども向けに設計されたものではなく、対象年齢は 13 歳以上です。 13 歳未満の方から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
本ポリシーは必要に応じて変更されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、 アプリの更新またはこのページで告知します。

KyoYaru ("the App") is an Android app published by the independent developer mizumotter ("the Developer"). This policy explains how information is handled.
Your plans, checklists, notes and chosen background photo are stored only on your device. The Developer does not collect or have any access to them. The App has no account system and no server operated by the Developer.
The App supports Android's built-in Auto Backup. If backup is enabled on your device, that data is stored in your own Google Drive so it can be restored on a new phone. That backup belongs to your Google account, is protected by your device's lock-screen credentials, and the Developer cannot access it. You can turn it off under Settings > System > Backup.
Uninstalling the App removes the data held on the device. Any copy held in Google Drive is governed by Google's own policies.
The App is free and shows a banner advert through Google AdMob. AdMob collects and shares with Google the following, for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention: approximate location (derived from IP address - the App requests no GPS location permission), device or other identifiers such as the Advertising ID, app interaction counts, and diagnostic information. See Google's policies. You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads under Settings > Privacy > Ads on your device.
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, a consent form is shown on first launch via Google's User Messaging Platform. Your choices can be changed at any time from within the App.
The App offers a one-off purchase to remove adverts, handled by Google Play Billing together with RevenueCat. If you make a purchase, purchase status and a device identifier are sent to RevenueCat so the purchase can be restored. No name, email address, postal address or card details reach the Developer or RevenueCat; payment is handled entirely by Google Play. See RevenueCat's privacy policy. If you do not purchase, none of this is sent.
Notifications, exact alarms, vibration and boot-completed - all used solely to deliver your reminders at the time you asked for, and to restore them after a restart. The background photo is chosen through Android's photo picker, which passes the App only the single image you select; no access to your photo library is requested.
The App is not directed at children and is rated for ages 13 and over. The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
This policy may be updated. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page.
